  • Follow these steps to ensure the perfect print. The finished size of your business card will be 3.5" x 2".

    Bleed

    We’ll trim your business cards between the safe area and the bleed line.

    Safe Area

    To prevent content from being cut off during the printing process, keep all key text and logos inside this zone.

  • Need to design your business card from the ground up? Choose the Create Your Own option to start from scratch in our business card builder. Customize text, icons, add shapes and more.

  • Sign in to your Staples account, select Account and choose My Orders. Find the item you’d like to reorder and select Edit & Reorder.

  • Speciality business cards offer a selection of elevated paper stocks and finishes, while our Traditional business cards are a great everyday option. Speciality business cards are available in smooth, laid or linen paper stocks which offer a premium look and feel.

  • The text and icons on your business card will be printed with elevated lettering for a high-end finish.

  • To add logos or images to your business card, you’ll need to create Traditional business cards. While our Specialty business card editor doesn’t offer the ability to upload logos or images, we offer a variety of icons and shapes to add to your card. Speak to a print specialist in store about your options.

  • If you’re using the Create Your Own feature, you can change orientation and paper color while customizing your design. Select Customizations on the left panel menu and choose your desired orientation and paper color.

     

    If you’re personalizing one of our templates, you can change paper color and orientation while customizing your template. Paper color and orientation options vary depending on the template you choose.

  • Yes! Speciality business cards make the perfect writing surface due to their shine-free paper stock options. Opt for a smooth paper stock for best results.

  • We offer 3.5" x 2" business cards, the standard fit for wallets and card holders. Visit a store to speak to a print specialist about custom orders.
